Liz McAdams

Short, sharp, writer living in the wilds of Canada with my black cats and my laptop (the wifi’s pretty good in the boonies), I adore themes of loss, love, and change – all with a twist of darkness. You must too, or you wouldn't be here. Welcome to it,. ~Liz

Check it out

I’m excited to share my work around the web — my author’s pages at each pub are linked below, scroll through the sites be sure to show these fine folks some love — they work hard at what they do.

Magic realism and ‘softer’ scifi and fantasy, sometimes with a touch of romance can be found at Commuter Lit, Quick Brown Fox, and Sick Lit; while the work at Close to the Bone and Shotgun Honey is definitely reader discretion advised. The work at Feminine Collective needs a full trigger warning, or you might just want to skip it entirely. It can be a hard read.

The work at Spelk, Yellow Mama (*waves hi to Cindy Rosmus*) and of course, Twisted Sister lit mag is dark horror and fantasy, often with a feminist bent. Poke around Twisted Sister, there’s lots to be had there — but still, sensitive souls might want to tread lightly; there be monsters ahead.

Made in 2016, but…

The original title was "made in 2016, but not really a newbie"... and now I'm even older than that :/ If you've stumbled across my site, welcome, and be sure to stick around. You'll be glad you did.
